I actually went here once and got a bad vibe from the work culture and employees, fast forward to two years later and I see one of their employees making a joke about the state of the world in order to make a sale on tik tok. I’m so glad I went and purchased a car somewhere else, I would have hated to give my money to someone like that. It brings the values of the cars down. When I want to buy a car and make a huge life changing purchase, I want to do it with people I trust, not with people trying to make a quick buck. I want a company that hires people with good values and integrity, that’s someone I would trust with that large of a life decision. Someone dealing with a huge sale like that shouldn’t be goofing off in Tik tok, let alone being extremely Insensitive. I hope this company will improve but I don’t think I’ll be coming back ever.

Went and got my oil changed. Ten minutes after picking up my car, I noticed a scratch on my steering wheel. Contacted them right away, they told me to provide a photo, I did, then they instructed me to bring it in so they could look at it. After bringing it in, they informed me they wouldn't do anything about it. Insinuated I did it with a ring, I don't wear rings. Very disgusted with how I was treated.

Conned into paying $700 for an alignment and brake fluid flush when all I wanted was the free two-year maintenance check. Shame on me, I guess. Showed up and there was no record of my appointment. Two hour service took over 5 hours. The alignment wasn't even completed successfully; the car has barely 5000 miles on it so it isn't like there's any crazy wear but somehow they couldn't get some part into proper alignment. I explicitly told them not to wash the car and they still put it through the auto-wash, messing with my PPF. The service reminder alert is still coming up in my car, so now I'm not even sure they actually did the one thing I came in for. Edit: the service manager called to gaslight me and tell me that they did not wash my car. He said they didn't have a record of washing it and didn't see any video of it being washed. But I think I know how dirty my car was before and after the service. I took the time to go inspect my car further and found that the air filter was not replaced. I'm looking at the maintenance schedule for my car and it states that the air filter should be changed at 2 years. So who knows what they actually did with my car. The maintenance schedule also states that the brake fluid should be changed starting at 3 years so the upcharge on that service was completely unnecessary, assuming they even performed it. I see now on the inspection sheet they gave me that literally everything in the "multi-point inspection" was marked as "not applicable". So they literally took my car for a full day, charged me $700 for an incomplete alignment, unnecessary brake flush, potentially scuffed up my PPF, and didn't even actually do the one thing I wanted them to do when I brought it in. I'm livid.

Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with, but I hear that all VW dealership are terrible. They are not helpful, asked me to come drive my car with them (hello, I’m not a mechanic). The VW I’d.4 has so many problems, that you have to constantly have it in the shop and therefore experience the absolutely horrendous service experience every time. The rudeness and condescending nature and having them act like it’s my fault that this car is a piece of crap.

My experience with the service department was terrible. I brought my Passat in to be diagnosed, as it had a warning light on. When I picked it up and drove away the light immediately came on again. I returned it to them to see what the issue was? So come to find out they charged me 800.00 to fix something that didn’t need to be repaired and ended up having do another repair. I was talked to like a child by the service advisor “Mikel”, and blamed some how for them fixing the wrong thing.. HE LITERALLY BLAMED ME FOR HIS AND THE REPAIR TECHS MISTAKE… They did end up fixing the other part and not charging me for labor for an additional $75. However it seems like the $30 part (what actually repaired the car) would have been much less in labor than the $800 I had to pay (for the unnecessary repair) not including the $75 additional. No apologies were given and no refunds were offered. I would never recommend this dealer for service. Edit: How about actually helping the customer with their problems???? Instead of saying “we will handle it”???!!
