“ This dealership is very predatory. I have a full drive terrain warranty which means I can only get my oils changed there (47 miles away mind you and they charge $130). In addition, they tried to say i needed my break fluid exchanged and spark plus changed out eventually (within 3k miles) and if I go anywhere else my warranty will not be valid. Oh and they wanted to charge me $900+ for that. ”

“ Took my car in for an oil change. They wanted to charge me $149.99 to replace the cabin air filter of which I declined. I bought one and installed in 10 min for $29.99. I also declined strut replacement at $1600.00.. I feel the tech done his best to piss me off. He raised my seat all the way up, reclined the back severely, reset my trip meter that I use to rotate my tires @ 6000 miles and lastly he did not put the reminder sticker in the windshield for the next oil change. Maybe that’s a sign I don’t take it back there. Do better Strong Volkswagen. ”

“ I purchased a new 2020 Volkswagen Jetta and have had recurring A/C issues throughout my ownership. Over the years, I brought the vehicle in multiple times for the same concern. Even when the vehicle was under warranty, I frequently felt like I had to argue to have issues addressed, and I often received different information from different employees. I also purchased the dealership’s lifetime warranty program, but my experience has been that it has provided little value when major issues arose. Promises and expectations discussed during prior visits were often not reflected in later interactions, which made it difficult to trust the process. Most recently, I'm paying a $250 diagnostic fee, was denied goodwill assistance through Volkswagen, and still do not have a functioning A/C system. After years of trying to resolve the same recurring problem, I have decided to sell the vehicle and move on from the brand. What has been most disappointing is not just the repair outcome, but the overall customer service experience. I expected better communication, consistency, and support from both the dealership and Volkswagen. ”

“ I spent 3 hours at the dealership service department for my 2 year service and they did not rotate rotate my tires or wash my car. I hope they changed oil? ”

“ I had a 9am service appointment, arrived at 9am and was quoted 3 hrs for an oil change and it took over 4 hrs. They offer a Lyft service which makes sense if it takes half a day for an oil change. What is the purpose of an appointment? The guy who assisted me lowkey wouldn’t allow me to get my debit card from my car without graciously walking me to it, as if I’m going to dip out on a $100 oil change on a $40,000 car that I get done there regularly. I despise getting my oil change here but I’m obligated too because of my warranty. If I didn’t have to come here, I wouldn’t. ”

“ Anthony Alcantar got mad because i called out Miguel the service advisor when he was going to Fill Gasoline Oil in a TDI DIESEL ENGINE. They were about to fill an engine with the wrong oil and VISCOSITY. Unbelievable. ANTHONY Alcantar said that i should get my own oil since they don't deal with Volkswagen DIESEL engines that much anymore.... but they are a Certified Volkswagen Service center. Unbelievable.. ”

“ I should have known what I was getting into when this business made me write a five-star review in order to receive their lifetime warranty. Now that I'm out of that car and not being held hostage by some warranty that they won't even post on their website, I can speak my mind about doing business with this company. My clutch failed at less than 60,000 mi, and they did not cover it under their warranty. They blamed me for it and then held my car for several months before even working on it. It took a lot of time and money for me to tow that vehicle up to their location, just for them to say that they wouldn't even touch it for 3 months. They also don't let you work on your own car without voiding the warranty, which means that you have to go spend $120 on a fancy European oil change every time you need it, and it will take several hours for them to complete. They never even offered a rental car or a loaner car for short or long periods when my car was in their shop. ”
