Again, we will highly recommend Strong's dealership to our friends. Our experience was more than "truly exceptional" with this dealership. We have been shopping for the Passat for several weeks and have visited two other VW dealerships. Both wanted to sell us what they had on their lot, not what we were looking for. In addition, neither was willing to work toward an "agreed upon price", the price on the sticker was the price. Stong's goal is truly "customer satisfaction and return customers". I had already purchased an 07 VW Jetta from Strong Volkswagen back in August 2010, a great vehicle, had nothing but the best treatment from everyone at the dealership, from sales, service and finance. The car ended up being not quite right for my family and we went right back to Strong. They went above and beyond to help us and we upgraded to a 2008 Passat Lux Edition. I love this car and it does everything we need it to. Shad and Frank were nothing but honest and forthcoming, I have said it before and I will say it again, they have made a customer for life out of me.

I just bought a new GTI from Strong VW in SLC and I had a great car buying experience. Eric was so helpful and patient with any questions I had as I finalized my decision. I felt like the whole buying process was very transparent and I was never pressured to buy anything extra. There were no hidden fees or tricks. Eric was wonderful to work with and is so knowledgeable about the cars. After I bought the car, he took the time to go over all the features and details of the car--inside and out. I would definitely buy another car from Strong VW and Eric in the future and I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a nice stress-free car buying experience. After looking at cars at 15 different dealerships, none of them came close to Strong VW and Eric in knowledge or customer service.

We just replaced our car with a new one from Strong VW. This is our third car from Strong and certainly won't be our last. Everyone there is warm, friendly, accommodating and eager to please. They let us have our time to ourselves when we wanted it, though were right there with questions and assistance when we needed it. We negotiated for about 20 minutes on a deal - much easier than I have experienced at other dealers. We explained both of our positions and we worked out a deal that I think was great for all of us - in 20 minutes. All the while in a relaxed, casual manner. Sealing the deal took about 45 minutes to complete paperwork, acquire the car, and get a tutorial on the details of the car's tech. All told, we were at the dealer about 2 hours or so from test drive to drive off. I've bought a lot of cars from many different dealers around the country and I must say, Strong VW is one of the best. With no-pressure, a friendly atmosphere and a genuinely helpful team, Strong VW will have my business and my recommendation again and again.

I purchased my used Jetta from Strong's after looking around at a couple of other dealers and driving some cars off KSL. The thing I liked was 1) there certified warranty program (which was nice to have on a 2007 that wasn't under the original warranty still) and 2) the sales staff was very nice to me. I don't like the "big Pressure" approach and these guys seemed cool. I've been back for oil changes a couple of times since and everyone in the service center has been nice too. As good as your going to find for a car dealership, I think.

My husband and I were very impressed with the sales and finance department at Strong VW. We worked with Alan Satterfield and he got us exactly the car and price we needed. We also had our 4 year old with us; he gave her a dollar to go buy a treat at the vending machine. He won her over too. Strong VW is a great company. We have done business with them for over 10 years and have purchased or leased 8 VWs. I guess that says how we feel. The sales department deals honestly and fairly and Mike and Matt are easy to work with. The service department is exceptional and Chip has become like an extended member of our family. He watches over us and he is a huge part of our wonderful experience there. Stan, the service manager, is just as welcoming and helpful. Fairness, honesty and amazing follow up service!
